A health-care network in Colorado is actively seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team in Denver.
About the opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday- Full Time or Part Time
- Hours: 8AM to 5PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Patient Population: Seniors (Ages 65+)
Responsibilities
The Primary Care Provider will be responsible for:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Primary Care experience
- Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado
- Board Certified
